For a ₹10,000 order through standard services:
All payouts are processed weekly on schedule, ensuring consistent cash flow for your business operations.

Complete logistics, platform management, and marketing support across all channels

Registration, bookings, catering setups, and seamless event execution

End-to-end invoicing, collections, and transparent payout processing
Maintain all necessary licenses and full compliance with Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSA) and related regulations
Ensure consistent food quality, timely preparation, and strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols
Provide My Restro with accurate menu details, current pricing, and timely updates to all offerings
Secure and maintain all required health, safety, fire, and local authority approvals for operations
Initial term: 3 years from effective date
Termination: 30 days’ written notice for material breach by either party
Both parties protect proprietary information, customer data, and internal processes
Non-disclosure extends throughout and beyond partnership term
Each party indemnifies the other against claims arising from negligence, misconduct, or regulatory non-compliance. My Restro is not liable for food quality issues or third-party disruptions beyond its control.
This agreement represents our full commitment to your success—a comprehensive partnership that supersedes all prior discussions and combines the best of traditional hospitality with cutting-edge digital commerce.
